24 Hrs. Cashless Counter Facility

  • In cashless health insurance service, when you get hospitalized with a network hospital, you do not have to settle the bill with the hospital. The Insurance Company represented by TPA, co-ordinates with the hospital and settles the bill.
  • This replaces the need to accept cash on your terminals, which results in reduced cash handling costs, faster service, detailed spend analysis reporting, increased customer satisfaction and flexible loyalty and promotion packages.
  • Designed with flexibility in mind we provide on-line systems and card based cashless solutions. In the on-line system model the funds are held on the server, this means that the card is only used as a reference on devices. This system therefore does not need any information encoding to the card or physical memory.
  • Instead of dispensing cash, the scrip machine produces a 2 part scrip receipt for the card holder doing the transaction, one part for the customer's records & the other part to take to the cash register to be honored just like it was cash. The cashier takes the scrip receipt in place of cash for goods and/or services and gives cash back depending on how much the scrip receipt is good for.
